A few days ago my precious four-year old son helped me put away the groceries. He was quite proud and meticulous in his attempt to show me how strong he was like daddy.
I was excited to have him eagerly help because often times he says he’s too busy when I need help (go figure). 🙂
The following morning after obtaining his “help”, I opened the freezer to find he had put the grapefruit in the freezer and they were completely ruined. I chuckled. He actually did what he thought was the right thing to do.
Isn’t that how we are as adults in our walk of faith. We do what we think is right at the time. However, a year later we look back and chuckle because we’ve grown. Think about it.
What are you doing today that’ll make you laugh (or cry) tomorrow.
I love you and I’m praying for you.
