The Christmas holidays are approaching. Are you struggling emotionally? Do you feel lonely? If so, then you have to learn how to encourage yourself. Maybe you won’t have people around you to encourage you, then stand up and decide I WILL STAND UP FOR ME BECAUSE JESUS STOOD UP FOR ME!!!!

I hate when I eat too much. I always end up feeling guilty and angry at myself.
What about you?
So why do we do it? Overeating is actually a sympton of a greater issue.
The key is to get to the root of the overeating.
Get before God and ask God to show you why you do it?
I did and showed me how I allowed challenges with my teenage son to drive me to eat emotionally. I often found myself in the pantry upset at him or mad myself for reacting so negatively.
It was a vicious cycle that I had to break.
