MIND RENEWAL Day 21: Who Are You?

Today my husband and I had an intense conversation about identity. We talked about how “life’s issues” can drag you down to the point of losing that special feeling inside of you.

You know that feeling you had when you believed you could conquer the world, start a business, raise a family, land a job, lose the weight, start a ministry, etc.

Don’t ever forget who you are my friends?

Don’t let ANYBODY or ANYTHING drag you in the mud.

You are SPECIAL. You are GREAT! You have a unique gift from God.

Don’t let life run you over and drag you around. YOU CAN DO LIFE… DON’T LET LIFE DO YOU!!!

(I’m pretty pumped right now, so I think I’ll record a radio blog about this tomorrow… more to come!)
I love you and I’m praying for you!

MIND RENEWAL Day 20- What’s Your IT!

What’s your “IT” right now?

Everybody has an “IT” you know.

Perhaps IT’s your annoying co-worker or your flabby arms or your bank account.

Whatever your “IT” is today, God has your back!

You don’t have to handle “IT” alone.

Ever.

Last night’s radio blog focused on keeping our expectations on God ONLY.

When we place our “IT” on someone else or something else, we’re headed for sheer disappointment, which ultimately leads to another “IT”… and then the process starts all over again.

I’m still meditating on Psalm 62:5 my friends.  This helps destroy all my “ITs”. 🙂

What about you?

Join me.

I love you and I’m praying for you.
