Did you know more than 80% of people quit on their goals (or resolutions) by February each year?

In fact, gyms are banking on that. They actually sell more memberships than their facilities can hold because they know by mid-February, the gym will be empty again.

Why is that? It’s a matter of FOCUS! Staying focused long-term can be sooooooo HARD, especially if you don’t see results right away.

Although I’m a pretty focused person, I have struggled with seasons where staying focused was a struggle.

Check out this prayer for focus and be encouraged, sisters! You are FOCUSED!!!

Did you know one of the great advantages of being a Christian is that we are not defined by our past or our failures?

We are defined by who God says we are. Recently I encouraged ladies to remember that God’s not done with you or your story.

OKAY, YOU MIGHT BE CONFUSED… let me explain… I wrote this post on September 23, 2020 when we had 193 subscribers but I never posted it. It’s been sitting in my drafts for two years!!! LOL!

My question to you… What’s sitting in your drafts? What were you supposed to do that you haven’t done? What should you do before 2023 gets here? What are you waiting on?

Well… even though I never sent the above post, I am glad I started my channel because today we have nearly 11,000 subscribers. GLORY TO GOD!

Have you ever stopped to think about who God is…

It’s hard to fathom. The God who created heaven and earth is your God. The God who parted the red sea is your God.

The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is your God.

That same God loves you and wants to meet with you every day.

The more you meet with God, the more you’ll learn about who He is and how much He loves you, because He does…:-)

Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you question what God is doing?

I have.

(Imagine me raising my right hand now!)

Sometimes, I’ll be on the path that seems right to me, but then when I get to a certain point, I realized I missed God along.

It hurts.

It stings.

(As my kids would say, “it sucks!”)

What I love about Jesus is that even when we’re headed down the wrong path, He gently guides us back to the right path. That’s the power of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is our guide and our comforter. (John 14:26)

Take a moment right now, and talk to the Holy Spirit. Ask Him to gently redirect you by His power and help you on the right path, just in case you’re wrong.

Trust Him.
