Seven months ago, I started a second YouTube channel. It’s called Prayer Closet for Parents. The purpose of the channel is to encourage parents to pray fervently for their children. Prayer is our holy weapon in the fight to intercede for our children.

Our children can be easily swayed by the things of this world. But our prayers can intervene on their behalf, whether they know it or not.

So often when God elevates and promotes us in life, we can feel like we’re “unworthy.” I used to struggle with this. I realized and accepted, that my worth isn’t based on me, my performance, or my lack of performance. It is solely based on the Lord Jesus and his mercy and grace. Check out the below video. One of the coolest things about being a Christian is that we don’t have to make decisions on our own. We have a Heavenly Father who loves us so much that He’s always available to lead, guide, and direct us.

I believe Christians think once they get saved, they don’t have to do much.

Did you know that if you’re not constantly pursuing Christ and constantly pushing yourself to grow, then you’re dying? The enemy wants you to stay the same so you can live under the illusion that everything is okay.

Maybe everything is okay on the surface, but what will happen to you if you just stay OKAY for the next 9 months… you’ll wake up and it’s 2024 and you’re the same.
